FRESH HOP HELLSNER
Fresh Hop Hellsner is a beam of freaking sunshine on a dark day!! German style helles conditioned on boatloads of farm fresh Santiam hops from Goschie Farms in Silverton, Oregon!!
Early Bird is built like an IPA but with an early start in mind. Big notes of pineapple, candied orange and hop dankness blend for a huge jump out of the glass aroma in a small(ish) beer so you can start early.
Brewed with flaked corn reminiscent of your dad’s dad’s dad(‘s) favorite beer from the 1880s but with notes of ripe melon, lemon/lime and tropical fruit from New Zealand grown Motueka hops!
SAISON w/ Azacca Hops
Brewed with 100% pils malt w/ Pacific NW grown Azacca hops, Everlight delivers pineapple & citrus flavors that compliment the bubblegum and spicy character of the classic Belgian saison yeast.
CRYO HOP IPA
Experimental IPA brewed with a cryogenically processed hop powder called Cryo Hops. It contains all the hop resins and aromatic oils without the vegetative matter. Collab with Trap Door Brewing.
INDIA PALE ALE
In celebration of our 3rd Anniversary, we came up with a NEW year-round IPA! Loads of tropical, stonefruit and citrus notes give us the motion to move the new beat.
Low Carbon Saison
A collab with the Oregon Environmental Council, we used Salmon-Safe, Local, and Organic ingredients all sourced within 225 miles of the brewery & the malt was milled by our bike powered malt mill.
FRESH HOP EARLY BIRD
A fresh-hopped version of our Early Bird Pale Ale conditioned on loads of freshly picked Centennial hops from our friends at Crosby Hop Farm—they’ve been growing hops for over 100 years in Woodburn, OR!

Acid Drop is a psychedelic journey of intense grapefruit, pear & tangerine that melds into a slightly sour & snappy beer that bends the time/space continuum, thus altering your perception of reality.
Just in time for the epic summer weather, we present you our take on a formal Helles Lager originating in Munich, Germany! Light and crisp and endlessly satisfying, just like your favorite pair of Dress Shorts!
FANCY UMBRELLA DRINK
PINK GUAVA GOSE
A tart gose brewed with Pink Guava and a lick of sea salt that finishes ever so slightly sweet. “Toes in the water, ass in the sand, a smile on your face and a Fancy Umbrella Drink™ in your hand.”
MEYER LEMON PALE ALE
Lucky Cuss is a classic American Pale Ale with meyer lemon peel and juice for a pithy and springy finish. We then dryhopped w/ Amarillo & Centennial to help accentuate bright orange marmalade and lime.
A big & bold double IPA so saturated with pine, stonefruit and tropical hop character that we devilishly grin when we think about how many hops were harmed in the making of this beer!
WOODWORKER BLACK GROVE
BOURBON AGED STOUT
Originally brewed for the 40th Anniversary of Portland’s iconic Horse Brass Pub. By aging it in 12 year Kentucky Bourbon barrels, we conjured up notes of toasted oak, vanilla, caramel and bourbon spice.
WATCH THE BIRDIE
Gose (say “gose-uh”) is an ancient salty & slightly sour beer originally from Leipzig, Germany. The 80 lbs of Gooseberry puree we added brought notes of Muscat grape and pear to the party!
The OG of the OG lager originally brewed by Anton Dreher shortly after the isolation of lager yeast way back when. Expect rich, bready and toasty malt character with a balanced hop character. Prosit!
SHop CLASS: CENTENNIAL
SINGLE HOP IPA
Sometimes called Super Cascade, Centennial is an oldie, but a goodie in the vast world of hops new and old. Notes of spring flowers and fresh cut citrus in a slightly sweet and bitter beer.
ALL GOLD EVERYTHING
All Gold Everything is a British-style Golden Ale brewed with Golden Promise malt for a delicate sweetness and dryhopped with Oregon grown Willamette hops for a delicate floral character.
DRYHOPPED WHEAT ALE
In honor of our home town of Meridian, ID, we brewed up an American wheat ale jammed full of Meridian hops. It’s a great balance of fluffy wheat, spring flowers and lemon balm.
We originally brewed Black Grove for the 40th Anniversary of Portland’s iconic Horse Brass Pub. Expect rich Layers of chocolate cake, bitter cocoa and espresso with a dry and bitter finish.
An ongoing exploration of classic and new-world hops. This Bird has one leg in the tropics w/ pineapple and mango and the other in the Pacific Northwest w/ stonefruit & clean pine characteristics.

OLD BALD FART(S)
ESB ON STEROIDS
Old Bald Fart(s) is a beer based on a 21-year-old recipe from our sales manager Jim Parker’s first brewing job in Fort Collins, CO. Yup, he’s old…and bald. He probably farts too!
SHop CLASS: COLUMBUS
SINGLE HOP IPA
SHop Class: Columbus boasts powerful flavors and aromas of Fruit Loops, dank herbs and pine with a balanced but lingering bitterness. Brewed exclusively with Oregon grown Columbus hops.
Belgian Blonde ale aged in neutral and second-use gin barrels with brettanomyces bruxellensis and then dryhopped with Ella hops. Number 6 in our ongoing WoodWorker Series.
Cavalier Beer is a light bodied, easy drinking and approachable beer that pairs perfectly with good times, great friends and deep conversation. Have no fear, drink yourself a Cavalier Beer!
BRETT-ISH PALE ALE
Brewed in celebration of our 2 Year Anniversary!! Punchy aromas of melon, tropical citrus and spice courtesy of experimental Idaho 7 hops and a brettanomyces-like yeast with a dry yet chewy finish.
Collab w/ Gigantic Brewing. A traditional hefe brewed w/ cold steeped roasted wheat. Aromas of banana, clove & chocolate give way to a chewy body that finishes bright, fruity & spearminty.
OLD BLOOD & GUTS 2015
Rich british malts and loads of NW hops make a big, but balanced, barleywine style ale. This beer finishes dry with a subtle alcohol spice that lingers…think of it as a big ‘ol cuddly bear hug of a beer.
CASK BEER FRIDAY
We got ahold of an authentic English beer engine and pour hand-pulled pints of special infusions, dry-hopped and classic English and American styles. New beer taps every Friday at 4pm.
