Cut the Fluff
West Coast IPA
The beer formerly known as Eldo & Friends Hazy IPA, NOW in West Coast IPA form. It exudes the same tropical and juicy punch but with a more pronounced bitterness and a cleaner yeast character.
Fermented at nearly 95ºF with a Norwegian ‘Kviek’ yeast strain from our friends at Imperial Yeast. This unique strain adds complex and fruity notes on top of the Galaxy, El Dorado and Vic Secret hops.
Not your brother’s American Wheat Ale. Brewed with Idaho 7 and Citra hops for a balance of kumquat and ripe passion fruit with a viscous mouthfeel and an ever so bright finish.

An overpowered haze of pineapple, mango, stonefruit, watermelon, candy, juicy fruit, sticky pine, resinous pitch, earthy black tea, duff, must, heavy metal, punk rock and stomp box…in that order.
DAS HAZE CRAZE
German Hefeweizens have been holding down the haze craze since the early 1500s. Pils and wheat malts build a rich doughy body, while notes of overripe banana and clove spice make for a refrehsing finish.
With a delicate balance of rich malt flavor and spicy and floral hops, this beer is as cold as ICE and built for chillin! Fermented slow and low and condition’d for 5 weeks for maximum crispness.
All Seeing IPA is a reminder that we must first be guided by the ancients as we push further and further into the unknown. Hazy? Yes. Juicy? Yes. Bitter? Yes. All Seeing IPA is all of these things and nothing at all.
A farmhouse ale brewed with sea salt, Meyer lemons and Triskel hops. A subtle balance of hay, fresh cut spring flowers and sweet citrus lay over a rustic malt bill of doughy wheat and pilsner malt.
Pioneer is our version of an English Strong Bitter, a style that is meant for sessions with friends. The intention is a slightly rich, malt-forward and fruity beer with a balanced bitterness.
Hazy IPA with notes of grapefruit, resin & pine and a big top note of white wine, gooseberry and elderflower. “Bling Blang, hammer with my hammer, Zingo Zango, cutting with my saw” —Woody Guthrie
Oak Fermented Saison
A beautifully complex little beer we lovingly call Milo. Fermented in oak wine casks with our house saccharomyces saison yeast blend for a more expressive yeast character and a touch of oak dryness in the finish.
Passion Fruit vs. Mango
Fruit Fight is our ever-evolving series of sour ales pitting one fruit against another. What happens when you pit Passion Fruit against Mango?…Fruit Fight!! Let’s get tropical!
Easy on the bitterness an yuge on flavor and aroma. 6lbs of hops/bbl of El Dorado, Centennial & Columbus for notes of tropical fruit candy, resinous grapefruit and a fairly light dank top-note.
SOUTH BY NORTHWEST

COCOA MAPLE COFFEE IMP. STOUT
Just like your Great Grandpa’s daily breakfast at the Pancake House—hotcakes slathered in maple syrup alongside a bottomless cuppa joe. And seeing as he’s retired AF, maybe a squirt of chocolate syrup on top.
INDIA PALE ALE
In honor of the greatest Christmas film of all time, this beer’s got enough resinous pine to take down a terrorist with enough malty sweet left over for the love of his life…Yippee Ki Yay Mother Gruber!

A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. 6.66% ABV and 66.6 IBUs to stave off all that is good and pure.
Beastly deep notes of bitter chocolate, charred bread and an epic depth of rich coffee. In the dead of night, darkness comes alive. The night howler wails death’s lullaby…
INDIA PALE ALE
Only by joining forces can the bold citrus and dank character of Centennial and Mosaic hops balance the delicate tropical fruit, lemon and herbal notes of New Zealand grown Dr. Rudi hops.
We had intended to release this beer a bit sooner, say in September, but all those damn fresh hop beers got us all behind in the brewery, so we’re a bit late to the Oktoberfest game…better late than never, right?
GOOD GUYS WEAR PLAID
We like drinking beer. So we wanted to make a beer that would satisfy a few rounds worth of conversation without the impending lack of judgement that usually accompanies getting a few rounds in.
