SHop CLASS: CENTENNIAL
SINGLE HOP IPA
Sometimes called Super Cascade, Centennial is an oldie, but a goodie in the vast world of hops new and old. Notes of spring flowers and fresh cut citrus in a slightly sweet and bitter beer.
ALL GOLD EVERYTHING
All Gold Everything is a British-style Golden Ale brewed with Golden Promise malt for a delicate sweetness and dryhopped with Oregon grown Willamette hops for a delicate floral character.
DRYHOPPED WHEAT ALE
In honor of our home town of Meridian, ID, we brewed up an American wheat ale jammed full of Meridian hops. It’s a great balance of fluffy wheat, spring flowers and lemon balm.
We originally brewed Black Grove for the 40th Anniversary of Portland’s iconic Horse Brass Pub. Expect rich Layers of chocolate cake, bitter cocoa and espresso with a dry and bitter finish.
Test batch 1 of a new year-round beer. This Bird has one leg in the tropics w/ pineapple and mango and the other in the Pacific Northwest w/ stonefruit & clean pine characteristics.

A smooth dry Irish-style stout perfect for slaking your post-Apocalyptic thirst. Built for total Guzzability™ and served on Nitrogen for a dreamy mouthfeel to fuel your next epic battle!
OLD BALD FART(S)
ESB ON STEROIDS
Old Bald Fart(s) is a beer based on a 21-year-old recipe from our sales manager Jim Parker’s first brewing job in Fort Collins, CO. Yup, he’s old…and bald. He probably farts too!

SINGLE HOP IPA
SHop Class: Columbus boasts powerful flavors and aromas of Fruit Loops, dank herbs and pine with a balanced but lingering bitterness. Brewed exclusively with Oregon grown Columbus hops.
SCOTTISH EXPORT ALE
Aromas of toffee, nuts, and dark fruit from rich and chewy English malts balance nicely with a slightly sweet but dry bread crust finish. Recipe by our brewer/eye candy Sean Rubbo.
Triple Dog Dare
Brewed in the Ralphie, Flick’n Schwartz style, we cold-steeped a fudge load of roasted malts for a daringly drinkable dark lager bier that pairs perfectly with leg lamps and snowball fights!
APRICOT LES BOIS
SAISON w/ APRICOT
Oak-barrel fermented saison brewed with Experimental Idaho 7 hops and 40lb of Apricot from Oregon Fruit Products. Tart and rustic with a creamy, but dry mouthfeel and finish.
A French saison brewed with Experimental Idaho 7 hops and fermented in stainless steel. Punchy stone fruit, citrus and light black pepper on the nose transcend into a silky and dry finish.
Cavalier Beer is a light bodied, easy drinking and approachable beer that pairs perfectly with good times, great friends and deep conversation. Have no fear, drink yourself a Cavalier Beer!

Stay Fresh is a British-style pale ale cold conditioned on FRESH Mt. Hood Hops from Crosby Hop Farm in Woodburn, Oregon—elegant and perfumey fresh hop character of melon, fruit and spice.

SINGLE HOP IPA
Almost exclusively available only to home brewers, Cleopatra hops are an experimental hop variety with delicate aromas of pineapple, white wine & allium w/ a touch of tropical fruit! Collab w/ ABV Public House.
BRETT-ISH PALE ALE
Brewed in celebration of our 2 Year Anniversary!! Punchy aromas of melon, tropical citrus and spice courtesy of experimental Idaho 7 hops and a brettanomyces-like yeast with a dry yet chewy finish.
DRYHOPPED TART SESSION ALE
Kettle-soured and dryhopped with Citra hops, Baermosa gives big aromas of fresh-squeezed orange juice in a slightly tart & dry finish. It’s what beermosa drinkers drink when they’re not drinking beermosas!
DRYHOPPED AMBER LAGER
Ripe berry, soft malt and hibiscus tea are balanced with a perfumey and bright hop aroma. Brewed for the long haul, this low ABV beer is designed to satiate the senses while keeping you on your feet.
Brewed for 2016 Cheers to Belgian Beers Festival. All beers are brewed w/ the same Belgian yeast strain, while a dart toss determines the color & ABV. Winter is coming…drink up.
Collab w/ Gigantic Brewing. A traditional hefe brewed w/ cold steeped roasted wheat. Aromas of banana, clove & chocolate give way to a chewy body that finishes bright, fruity & spearminty.
OLD BLOOD & GUTS 2015
Rich british malts and loads of NW hops make a big, but balanced, barleywine style ale. This beer finishes dry with a subtle alcohol spice that lingers…think of it as a big ‘ol cuddly bear hug of a beer.
CASK BEER FRIDAY
We got ahold of an authentic English beer engine and pour hand-pulled pints of special infusions, dry-hopped and classic English and American styles. New beer taps every Friday at 4pm.
HONEY WHEAT ALE
Our take on the long lost German Kottbusser style beer. It went extinct as the German Beer Purity Law banned brewing beer w/ wheat, oats and honey. Collab with Laurelwood Brewing for Collabofest!
CASCADIAN DARK ALE
A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts CDA is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. Dryhopped with 6.66 lbs of pungent Columbus hops.
Pioneer ESB is a British-style pale ale brewed with Golden Promise and Sacchra 50 malts. Willamette hops provide floral and woody notes on the nose and finishes with a delicate but firm bitterness.
Brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Chinook hops, DeLorean jumps out of the glass with ginormous aromas of crisp pine, blueberry and tropical citrus in a fluffy and dry wheat finish.
We paired the rich and sweet malt of a German Altbier with the citrussy, floral & piney hops of a West Coast pale ale to create the ultimate balance of malt, hops and fermentation flavors.
