COCOA MAPLE COFFEE IMP. STOUT
Just like your Great Grandpa’s daily breakfast at the Pancake House—hotcakes slathered in maple syrup alongside a bottomless cuppa joe. And seeing as he’s retired AF, maybe a squirt of chocolate syrup on top.
INDIA PALE ALE
In honor of the greatest Christmas film of all time, this beer’s got enough resinous pine to take down a terrorist with enough malty sweet left over for the love of his life…Yippee Ki Yay Mother Gruber!
RYE PALE ALE
We collab’d with the band Holy Grove to celebrate the release of their new album Holy Grove II. Solaris Rye Pale Ale is our interpretation of this forthcoming LP in liquid form. Listen at holygrove.bandcamp.com

COLLUSION COFFEE + VANILLA
Dulce de Leche Russian Imperial Stout aged in Weller Bourbon Barrels for a year. Brewed with 120 lbs of house made Dulce de Leche and conditioned on Tahitian Vanilla beans & cold brewed coffee.
CRANBERRY & PLUM SOUR
What happens when you pit Cranberry against Plum?…Fruit Fight!! Lightly sour with notes of cranberry skin and rich plum with an ever so slightly lingering sweetness from the use of malted & raw oats.
A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. 6.66% ABV and 66.6 IBUs to stave off all that is good and pure.
Beastly deep notes of bitter chocolate, charred bread and an epic depth of rich coffee. In the dead of night, darkness comes alive. The night howler wails death’s lullaby…
INDIA PALE ALE
Only by joining forces can the bold citrus and dank character of Centennial and Mosaic hops balance the delicate tropical fruit, lemon and herbal notes of New Zealand grown Dr. Rudi hops.
We had intended to release this beer a bit sooner, say in September, but all those damn fresh hop beers got us all behind in the brewery, so we’re a bit late to the Oktoberfest game…better late than never, right?
GOOD GUYS WEAR PLAID
We like drinking beer. So we wanted to make a beer that would satisfy a few rounds worth of conversation without the impending lack of judgement that usually accompanies getting a few rounds in.
INDIA PALE ALE
El Dorado, Mosaic, Cascade and Chinook give us the motion to move the new beat. “How can we expect anyone to listen, if we are using the same old voice” —Refused
We love our beloved Eastside Pils. But this time around we just couldn’t resist the urge to dryhop our classic recipe with loads of tropical and dank Mosaic hops. Sometimes you just gotta roll with it…
ELDO & FRIENDS
NW HAZY IPA
Eldo loves Mosaic and Columbus, they are his best friends—the most bestest of friends right to the end. Eldo helps them and they help him…do you have a best friend?
WEST COAST IPA
Pilsner & Wheat lay a light and fluffy foundation for loads of grapefruit, orange and lime zest, with a beautiful floral bouquet and a bright clean pine finish. It’s so tasty its got us all like “eff yeah!”
FRESH HOP MILO
Fermented in oak wine casks with our house saison yeast blend and conditioned on loads of Fresh Sterling hops from Crosby Hop Farms— a beautifully complex little beer we lovingly call Milo.
Beastly deep notes of bitter chocolate, charred bread and an epic depth of rich coffee. Father Midnight beckons the darkness…and soo shall yoou…don’t be frightened…mwah, hah ha…
FRESH HOP DAD BEER
We think Dad’s still cool, so we Freshened him up a bit with loads of fresh as hell Amarillo hops from Crosby Hop Farm. Trust us, this is way better than that time he wanted to get an earring.
FRESH HOP BRUTE SQUAD
SUPER DRY IPA
We layered a bunch of fresh as hell Strata hops from Goschie Farms on top of our already hoppy as all hell Super Dry IPA. It’s so delicious and sparkly, we’re calling it the Beer of Champagnes!
SUPER DRY IPA
Brewed with German Pils malt and flaked corn and the grapey-est hop varieties we could source! It’s so delicious and sparkly, we’re calling it the Beer of Champagnes!
ROSE CITY PARK
If you haven’t heard, we opened a second taproom and food cart pod—Baerlic Beerhall & Garden at The Barley Pod. This is a loving shoutout to our new neighbors in Rose City Park in NE Portland.
SCHWARZBIER (Black Beer)
Brewed with Home Brewer Len Hallock, this is his Best of Show winning recipe that we will be sending to GABF’s Pro/Am competition! Cocoa, dark chocolate and cold brew coffee with a clean lager finish!
GRASS IS GREENER
Salmon Safe IPA
They say the grass is always greener…and with a big nose of fruit punch & orange peel laid over flavors of dank pine and spring flowers, its soo true. Brewed with 100% Salmon Safe hops from Crosby Hops!
READ BETWEEN THE LINES
BRETT PALE ALE
We took our Early Bird Pale Ale and left it alone with the wild-like Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeast for 6 months where it took over to create a really fruity and dry beer with some rustic notes.
We took our Nice & Easy Gose and added loads of mango and peach for a fresh take on a gose. Big aromas of tropical fruit and peach pit are complimented by a slightly tart and saline finish.
WHAT THE FLUFF 7.0
NW HAZY IPA
Crazy Hazy, Juicy Loosey Northwest Hazy IPA. 7.0 is brewed with loads of Centennial and Nugget hops for a depth of fruity and herbal dank flavors and aromas. What the fluffin’ fluff?
PUNK ROCK TIME
Tropical, Fruity and Piney IPA with just enough angst to keep us determined. “This is not the time to be dismayed, this is punk rock time. This is what Joe Strummer trained you for.” – Henry Rollins
German Export Lager
Dortmunder Export Style Lager that lies somewhere in between a German Pils and a Helles. The term “Export” is a beer strength category under German beer tax law and denotes a slightly higher ABV.
A big & bold double IPA so saturated with pine, stonefruit and tropical hop character that we devilishly grin when we think about how many hops were harmed in the making of this beer!
We partnered with our good pals at Migration Brewing for a new kind of IPA. Bone dry with the help of science and loads of grapey hop varieties make this the beer of champagne!
