Brewed exclusively with Azacca hops, this beer jumps out of the glass with notes of mango, pineapple and pine with just the right amount of citrus! We kept the body light and airy to let the Azaccas shine!

Bastardized, uncategorized, an homage born. Does not mean that I’m a Belgian Wit, for having orange peel, no! Cause I’m brewed with gin botanicals, to buck traditional norms…Don’t call me wit, don’t call me wit.
CITRA NW PALE LAGER
City State is a true cold-fermented lager but with the hop character of a Pale Ale! Brewed solely with Citra hops, expect loads of citrus and tropical fruit in a beautifully crisp NW pale lager!

GOOD GUYS WEAR PLAID
We like drinking beer. So we wanted to make a beer that would satisfy a few rounds worth of conversation without the impending lack of judgement that usually accompanies getting a few rounds in.
Brewed for the Willamette Week’s Pro/Am beer fest with homebrewer Steven Brainerd. A deconstructed Black Forest Cake inspired beer conditioned on Water Avenue Coffee beans, raspberry puree and cocoa nibs.
Dulce De Leche Imperial Stout
Russian Imperial Stout brewed with house-made Dulce de Leche. “Great stout. The Best stout. More Flavor than any other stout. We make the best stouts, believe me.”
A New England-Style Hazy IPA with ridonculous amounts of tropical fruit, candy, bubblegum, candied orange, pink grapfruit and juicy fruit notes that jump out of the glass endlessly!
Brewed with flaked corn reminiscent of your great great grandpappy’s favorite chuggin’ beer from the 1880s but with notes of ripe fruit, fresh spring flowers and a touch of citrus in a beer made for drinkin’!
DRYHOPPED SOUR ALE
Kettle soured to achieve a solid tartness and heavilydryhopped w/ Azacca and Hallertau Blanc hops. A razzle-dazzle trip of tartness through a polychromatic field of hop dreams!
Collab w/ Gigantic Brewing. A traditional hefe brewed w/ cold steeped roasted wheat. Aromas of banana, clove & chocolate give way to a chewy body that finishes bright, fruity & spearminty.
Gose (say “gose-uh”) is an ancient salty & slightly sour beer originally from Leipzig, Germany. This version is built for darker weather with notes of berry, fig, raisins and fresh baked sweetbread.
Brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Chinook hops, DeLorean jumps out of the glass with ginormous aromas of crisp pine, blueberry and tropical citrus in a fluffy and dry wheat finish.
Designed to fill the void between the big & spiced winter ales of craft beer’s past and the old reliable West Coast IPA. This year we updated the recipe to include some Citra in the dryhop.
Beneath a dense chestnut head lies rich aromas of cocoa & short bread that unfold into a full body of milk chocolate and coffee. Brewed with Bob’s Red Mill rolled oats for texture.
