We brew the beers that we love to drink and in a way that imparts the history, art and craft of brewing. We offer five year-round beers and an ever-evolving list of seasonal, one-off and experimental beers. We also offer Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider as a gluten-free option.
Cavalier Beer is a light bodied, easy drinking and approachable beer that pairs perfectly with good times, great friends and deep conversation. Have no fear, drink yourself a Cavalier Beer!
INDIA PALE ALE
In celebration of our 3rd Anniversary, we came up with a NEW year-round IPA! Loads of tropical, stonefruit and citrus notes give us the motion to move the new beat.
We paired the rich and sweet malt of a German Altbier with the citrussy, floral & piney hops of a West Coast pale ale to create the ultimate balance of malt, hops and fermentation flavors.
DRY STOUT ON NITRO
A smooth dry Irish-style stout perfect for slaking your post-Apocalyptic thirst. Built for total Guzzability™ and served on Nitrogen for a dreamy mouthfeel to fuel your next epic battle!
Traditionalists would curse our addition of raw oats to this style of beer, but we just love the texture it adds. And it pairs perfectly with the spicy and fruity character of Oregon grown Sterling and Santiam hops.
Seasonal & Experimental Beers VIEW THE GRAVEYARD
An ongoing exploration of classic and new-world hops. This Bird has one leg in the tropics w/ pineapple and mango and the other in the Pacific Northwest w/ stonefruit & clean pine characteristics.
A big & bold double IPA so saturated with pine, stonefruit and tropical hop character that we devilishly grin when we think about how many hops were harmed in the making of this beer!
SAISON w/ Azacca Hops
Brewed with 100% pils malt w/ Pacific NW grown Azacca hops, Everlight delivers pineapple & citrus flavors that compliment the bubblegum and spicy character of the classic Belgian saison yeast.
PSYCHEDELIC SOUR IPA
Acid Drop is a psychedelic journey of intense grapefruit, pear & tangerine that melds into a slightly sour & snappy beer that bends the time/space continuum, thus altering your perception of reality.
CRYO HOP IPA
Experimental IPA brewed with a cryogenically processed hop powder called Cryo Hops. It contains all the hop resins and aromatic oils without the vegetative matter. Collab with Trap Door Brewing.
WOODWORKER BLACK GROVE
BOURBON AGED STOUT
Originally brewed for the 40th Anniversary of Portland's iconic Horse Brass Pub. By aging it in 12 year Kentucky Bourbon barrels, we conjured up notes of toasted oak, vanilla, caramel and bourbon spice.
Low Carbon Saison
A collab with the Oregon Environmental Council, we used Salmon-Safe, Local, and Organic ingredients all sourced within 225 miles of the brewery & the malt was milled by our bike powered malt mill.
50/50 Cream Ale & Stout
Equal amounts of Cavalier Classic Cream Ale & Noble Oatmeal Stout poured together in magical harmony! And although we're not usually fans of blending at the tap, when it's this great you roll with it!!
