We brew the beers that we love to drink and in a way that imparts the history, art and craft of brewing. We offer five year-round beers and an ever-evolving list of seasonal, one-off and experimental beers. We also offer Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider as a gluten-free option.
Brewed with flaked corn reminiscent of your great great grandpappy's favorite chuggin' beer from the 1880s but with notes of ripe fruit, fresh spring flowers and a touch of citrus in a beer made for drinkin'!

DAS HAZE CRAZE
German Hefeweizens have been holding down the haze craze since the early 1500s. Pils and wheat malts build a rich doughy body, while notes of overripe banana and clove spice make for a refrehsing finish.
NICE & EASY
SALTED OAT GOSE
Gose (say "gose-uh") is an ancient salty & slightly sour beer originally from Leipzig, Germany. Aromas of sweet oats are complimented by a slightly tart & saline finish. Hits the spot! The Gatorade of beer!
The OG of the OG lager originally brewed by Anton Dreher shortly after the isolation of lager yeast way back when. Expect rich, bready and toasty malt character with a balanced hop character. Prosit!
Beastly deep notes of bitter chocolate, charred bread and an epic depth of rich coffee. In the dead of night, darkness comes alive. The night howler wails death's lullaby…
An overpowered haze of pineapple, mango, stonefruit, watermelon, candy, juicy fruit, sticky pine, resinous pitch, earthy black tea, duff, must, heavy metal, punk rock and stomp box…in that order.
DOUBLE HAZY IPA
Dubble Yum is a Soft'N'Juicy Hazy Double IPA brewed with boatloads of Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Vic Secret hops poppin' with pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit, mango, and sweet orange…It's A Super Yum!!
Oak Fermented Saison
A beautifully complex little beer we lovingly call Milo. Fermented in oak wine casks with our house saccharomyces saison yeast blend for a more expressive yeast character and a touch of oak dryness in the finish.
Eastside continues to be a favorite amongst the Baerlic team and seems to hit the spot with a complex and doughy malt body and just the right amount of classic Euro hop character and bitterness.
With a delicate balance of rich malt flavor and spicy and floral hops, this beer is as cold as ICE and built for chillin! Fermented slow and low and condition'd for 5 weeks for maximum crispness.
GOOD GUYS WEAR PLAID
We like drinking beer. So we wanted to make a beer that would satisfy a few rounds worth of conversation without the impending lack of judgement that usually accompanies getting a few rounds in.
CASK BEER FRIDAY
We got ahold of an authentic English beer engine and pour hand-pulled pints of special infusions, dry-hopped and classic English and American styles. New beer taps every Friday at 4pm.
