We brew the beers that we love to drink and in a way that imparts the history, art and craft of brewing. We offer five year-round beers and an ever-evolving list of seasonal, one-off and experimental beers. We also offer Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider as a gluten-free option.
Brewed with flaked corn reminiscent of your great great grandpappy's favorite chuggin' beer from the 1880s but with notes of ripe fruit, fresh spring flowers and a touch of citrus in a beer made for drinkin'!
INDIA PALE ALE
Our year-round IPA is built for all weather drinking and exists as a modern take on a classic NW IPA. Tropical, stonefruit and citrus notes give us the motion to move the new beat.
Traditionalists would curse our addition of raw oats to this style of beer, but we just love the texture it adds. And it pairs perfectly with the spicy and fruity character of Oregon grown Sterling and Santiam hops.

OAK FERMENTED SAISON
Ro! Sham! Bo! Settle any dispute! Save the knife fight for later! Completely fermented in oak wine casks for a traditional take on a classic Belgian Farmhouse! Fruity, spicy and delicately dry!

NW HAZY IPA
Crazy Hazy, Juicy Loosey New England Style IPA with ridonculous amounts of tropical fruit, candy, bubblegum, candied orange, pink grapefruit & juicy fruit notes that jump out of the glass endlessly!
OREGON GROWN HELLES
Hellsner is brewed 100% with Oregon grown ingredients entirely from the estate of Goschie Farms located 40 just miles from our brewery in Silverton, Oregon! Now that’s local!!

Belgian Wit w/ Gin Botanicals
Bastardized, uncategorized, an homage born. Does not mean that I'm a Belgian Wit, for having orange peel, no! Cause I'm brewed with gin botanicals, to buck traditional norms…Don't call me wit, don't call me wit.
SHop CLASS: AZACCA
SINGLE HOP IPA
Brewed exclusively with Azacca hops, this beer jumps out of the glass with notes of mango, pineapple and pine with just the right amount of citrus! We kept the body light and airy to let the Azaccas shine!
DRYHOPPED SOUR ALE
Kettle soured to achieve a solid tartness and heavilydryhopped w/ Azacca and Hallertau Blanc hops. A razzle-dazzle trip of tartness through a polychromatic field of hop dreams!
Belgian Blonde ale aged in neutral and second-use gin barrels with brettanomyces bruxellensis and then dryhopped with Ella hops. Number 6 in our ongoing WoodWorker Series.
50/50 Cream Ale & Stout
Equal amounts of Cavalier Classic Cream Ale & Noble Oatmeal Stout poured together in magical harmony! And although we're not usually fans of blending at the tap, when it's this great you roll with it!!
