INDIA PALE ALE

Aromas of candied citrus, strawberry and resinous pine strike an epic balance with its slightly sweet malt body. This beer finishes dry and drinks beautifully til the very last drop.

RED ALE

We paired the rich and sweet malt of a German Altbier with the citrussy, floral & piney hops of a West Coast pale ale to create the ultimate balance of malt, hops and fermentation flavors.

OATMEAL STOUT

Beneath a dense chestnut head lies rich aromas of cocoa & short bread that unfold into a full body of milk chocolate and coffee. Brewed with Bob's Red Mill rolled oats for texture.

OATMEAL PILSNER

Traditionalists would curse our addition of raw oats to this style of beer, but we just love the texture it adds. And it pairs perfectly with the spicy and fruity flavors & aromas of Czech Saaz and Santiam hops.

MERVILLE

DRYHOPPED WHEAT ALE

In honor of our home town of Meridian, ID, we brewed up an American wheat ale jammed full of Meridian hops. It's a great balance of fluffy wheat, spring flowers and lemon balm.

SHop CLASS: CENTENNIAL

SINGLE HOP IPA

Sometimes called Super Cascade, Centennial is an oldie, but a goodie in the vast world of hops new and old. Notes of spring flowers and fresh cut citrus in a slightly sweet and bitter beer.

WILDCAT

FARMHOUSE ALE W/ MEYER LEMON

Fruity, tart and slightly funky, Wildcat is our take on a traditional Belgian saison. We added Meyer lemon peel and beechwood smoked malt to give this beer a rich and complex mouthfeel and finish.

EXPERIMENTAL IPA

Test batch 1 of a new year-round beer. This Bird has one leg in the tropics w/ pineapple and mango and the other in the Pacific Northwest w/ stonefruit & clean pine characteristics.

All Gold Everything is a British-style Golden Ale brewed with Golden Promise malt for a delicate sweetness and dryhopped with Oregon grown Willamette hops for a delicate floral character.

IMPERIAL STOUT

We originally brewed Black Grove for the 40th Anniversary of Portland's iconic Horse Brass Pub. Expect rich Layers of chocolate cake, bitter cocoa and espresso with a dry and bitter finish.

WOODWORKER

Harshmellow Mountain

Belgian Blonde ale aged in neutral and second-use gin barrels with brettanomyces bruxellensis and then dryhopped with Ella hops. Number 6 in our ongoing WoodWorker Series.

50/50 Cream Ale & Stout

We got ahold of an authentic English beer engine and pour hand-pulled pints of special infusions, dry-hopped and classic English and American styles. New beer taps every Friday at 4pm.
