Brewed by Cason Wolcott for the 11th Annual Shebrew Festival. A malty richness with tettnanger hops to bring a floral, peppery balance. It’s a little light in color but a nice easy drinker

100% Saaz Hops compliment the bready malt character of this traditional European lager. Dry, Herbal Spice, Crisp & Clean.

Originally brewed for our 11th Anniversary, we took a crisp, fruity IPA and turn it up to 11! Our first beer with Columbus Cryo Hop, we also utilized some Krush, Citra, and Simcoe. we built the balance a little different this time around and ended up with a dank, resiny IPA with plenty of Tropical Pineapple to carry it along. Its loud, but you can handle it. Cheers to many more years to come!

This WC IPA is a balanced attack of Tropical Fruit and Bright Citrus. Assertive, yet approachable. Proceeds from the sale of this beer in draft and can will be donated directly to Rose Haven Community Center.

Beneath a dense chestnut head lies rich aromas of cocoa & short bread that unfold into a full body of milk chocolate and coffee. Brewed with Bob’s Red Mill rolled oats for texture.

BETI - "always" in Basque - is always bright, always fresh, and never sweet. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeast. The cider is aged for 6 months exclusively in stainless steel to produce a cider that is endlessly crushable. Beti is bright and effervescent, with just a hint of sourness, making it the perfect always-in-the-fridge cider. This vintage has delicious flavors and aromas of green banana and honeydew melon.

It's clean and fresh, mountain spring over rock, with green apple and jicama fruit. There's a tension to it, and it's well-defined and taut through the finish. This tilts the fruit emphasis away from peach and into pear, with a slight suggestion of vanilla cream.

100% Pinot Noir with fresh fruit aroma and delicate tannins on the finish. Perfect rosé to enjoy with friends over food on a warm spring afternoon.
