Oktobaerfestbier is a German-style Märzen lager brewed with Czech Saaz and Liberty hops for spicy’n’herbal’n’fruity hop character that lays beautifully over a toasty’n’bready’n’rich malt presence that finishes crispy’n’dry. Drinks best out of your favorite bierstiefel (or boot-shaped glass!). Prost!

Originally brewed by the incomparable Cason Wolcott for the Annual She Brew Festival hosted here in Portland to celebrate women brewers everywhere. Cason created a beer that is 100% her daily driver, a easy going beer with good clean flavor. She decided to turn up the volume a bit with some lime zest and sea salt, no lime wedge needed! Just Beach, Just Genius, Just delicious.

Fresh Luminosa hoops from Coleman Farms bringing Assertive notes of Unripened Melon and Stonefruit, Herbaceous and Grassy with a bitterness reminiscent of lemon peel.

A magical blend of our favorite hops for IPA’s. Originally brewed in collaboration with Block 15 Brewing in Corvallis, OR, we loved it so much we decided to run it back for another round! Crisp, Dry West Coast IPA w/ a tart citrus, sweet fruit, and a touch of a tropical kiss in the finish.

Fresh CHINOOK Hops from Coleman Farms boost the Tropical, Fruity and Piney flavors in our Flagship IPA with just enough angst to keep us determined. We snuck a little FRESH STRATA in the Hot side for this one too, bringing an added dose of Pineapple and Passionfruit taking it to another level. We are ending Fresh Hop Season with a SPLASH! A SPLISH SPLASH to be exact. Formerly known only as Experimental HBC 586 hops, now with a fancy new name: KRUSH from the Yakima Valley in Central Washington. They bring big Pineapple notes, with a rounded edge of bright citrus and a little resin. Splishy! has been a fan favorite since we debued it for our 10th Anniversary this year, we are so stoked to be able to amp it up with these new and exciting hops! Enjoy Friends.

FRESH CITRA HOPS balanced by Nectaron and Krush. Citra hits first, catty with bright citrus. This one is super fun, it tastes like a gummy bear took a bath in citrus peels and pineapple juice. Consider this the Hazy IPA for folks who don't typically like Hazy IPA, you might just be converted.

BETI - "always" in Basque - is always bright, always fresh, and never sweet. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeast. The cider is aged for 6 months exclusively in stainless steel to produce a cider that is endlessly crushable. Beti is bright and effervescent, with just a hint of sourness, making it the perfect always-in-the-fridge cider. This vintage has delicious flavors and aromas of green banana and honeydew melon.

It's clean and fresh, mountain spring over rock, with green apple and jicama fruit. There's a tension to it, and it's well-defined and taut through the finish. This tilts the fruit emphasis away from peach and into pear, with a slight suggestion of vanilla cream.

100% Pinot Noir with fresh fruit aroma and delicate tannins on the finish. Perfect rosé to enjoy with friends over food on a warm spring afternoon.
