Stepping into our anniversary month with grace, and maturity. We are taking a straight shot at this one with all German Hops and Pilsner Malt with a perfectly rounded mouthfeel to balance the fruity, floral noble hops.12 years feels great, but we can wait for 12 more!

Originally brewed for our 11th Anniversary, and inspired by some recent travels to Tokyo and beyond. This beauty is simply called, Akari. The Japanese word for ""light"", it oh so elegantly describes this one. Herbaceous and floral in the nose, followed by a honey like sweetness that finishes super bright, and, well...light. Kanpai!

German Pilsner malts and German-grown Hallertau Mittlefruh hops deliver an experience as close as we can get without buying a plane ticket! Flavors of citrus, herbal spice, and a touch of melon make this a crushable pilsner, no passport required.

Originally brewed by the incomparable Cason Wolcott for the Annual She Brew Festival hosted here in Portland to celebrate women brewers everywhere. Cason created a beer that is 100% her daily driver, a easy going beer with good clean flavor. She decided to turn up the volume a bit with some lime zest and sea salt, no lime wedge needed! Just Beach, Just Genius, Just delicious.

Surprise, its the Gose you know and love, NOW WITH TEPACHE!. Originating in Mexico, Tepache is a Fermented Pineapple Drink with spices added. For this rendition, we used Cinnamon and Pineapple to bring home that traditional character to a briny, tart Gose. What we have here is a bright, tropical, refreshing beverage sure to satisfy all summer long.

A magical blend of our favorite hops for IPA’s. Originally brewed in collaboration with Block 15 Brewing in Corvallis, OR, we loved it so much we decided to run it back for another round! Crisp, Dry West Coast IPA w/ a tart citrus, sweet fruit, and a touch of a tropical kiss in the finish.

We worked with our friends at Totopia Brewing outside Nagoya, Japan just under a year ago to create a unique and flavorful IPA. With PNW Grown Dolcita, NZ grown Riwaka and some new age flair with Columbus Cryo Hop in the mix. We created something truly spectacular. Flavors of Tropical Stone Fruit, Grapefruit, Peach Ring candy, with a touch of creamy coconut. Nothing to be scared of, just give it a chance!

Stepping back into the realm of secrecy to explore some new flavor profiles! Flavors of Dank Resin and Grapefruit with a touch of Tropical notes to round it all out. We have tried and true Simcoe with some New Zealand Riwaka. We utilized some Nelson Sauvin hops here as well to push forward the Southern Hemisphere vibes a bit more, with a perfectly rounded malt profile to carry this assertive hop profile along.

BETI - "always" in Basque - is always bright, always fresh, and never sweet. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeast. The cider is aged for 6 months exclusively in stainless steel to produce a cider that is endlessly crushable. Beti is bright and effervescent, with just a hint of sourness, making it the perfect always-in-the-fridge cider. This vintage has delicious flavors and aromas of green banana and honeydew melon.

It's clean and fresh, mountain spring over rock, with green apple and jicama fruit. There's a tension to it, and it's well-defined and taut through the finish. This tilts the fruit emphasis away from peach and into pear, with a slight suggestion of vanilla cream.

100% Pinot Noir with fresh fruit aroma and delicate tannins on the finish. Perfect rosé to enjoy with friends over food on a warm spring afternoon.
