A new recipe for us aimed to bring a rounded, softer body to the classic deep, dark, roasty flavors. Dark Chocolate, and mild fruitiness hangs in the background complimented by kick of roasty bitterness.

True to style with a deep amber, caramel glow wafting notes of toasted biscuits and jam with a touch of sweet malt to carry it through. Hoppier aroma than it cousin from across the pod, finishing with a firm bitterness to balance it all out.

With aromas and flavors of dark fruit, bitter chocolate, toffee and toasted nuts, Thunderbolt is the perfect compliment to these dark days common here in the PNW—slightly chewy but nice and crisp in the finish!

A magical blend of our favorite hops for IPA’s. Originally brewed in collaboration with Block 15 Brewing in Corvallis, OR, we loved it so much we decided to run it back for another round! Crisp, Dry West Coast IPA w/ a tart citrus, sweet fruit, and a touch of a tropical kiss in the finish.

A Blend of 2-Row and Rahr Pilsner Malt paired with Citra and Vista Hops. Known for flavors/aromas of honeydew, pear, and tropical fruit with touches of citrus and green tea, the Vista bring some fun new character to this beer. Columbus Cryo was utilized in conjunction on the dry hop to tie together the tropical fruit and citrus character for a fresh new take on this tried and true Pale Ale.

A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts Black IPA is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. Dryhopped with .666 lbs per barrel of Columbus & Mosaic hops.

This hazy lil’ pale ale is is the next big thing in flavor country! Brewed with loads of oats and wheat, this thing beams with kumquat, pineapple and creamsicle that’ll be sure to light up your day! Brewed with Citra, Cashmere and Comet hops.

Its lurks in the shadows, waiting to be discovered. If you have been wandering the earth looking for a dank, fruity tropical IPA that is full bodied but crisp...you have met your match. Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe.

Traditional Irish Stout, just in time for the biggest Irish Holiday of the year! Roasty, with a touch of fruitiness and a dry finish, ya know, cause its a Dry Irish Stout.

Stepping back into the realm of secrecy to explore some new flavor profiles! Utilizing a new to us Pilsner base malt from Rahr Malting and a totally new hop combination of Sultana and Cryo Simcoe. Expect Stone Fruit & Pineapple with some dank resiny piney notes up front, and to bring it all home we doubled the dose of these hops in the cold side as well to boost some more stone fruit and citrus character.

In the vein of the classic winter warmer ale, Jim Parker’s Holiday Ale will warm your belly with its 8.5% ABV and tickle your tastebuds with the candied orange, grapefruit and pine flavors and aromas from our favorite northwest grown Columbus, Cascade and Chinook hops. And as Jim was an ardent supporter of independent beer and brewing education, we are donating 10% of sales to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

Known as ‘tmave pivo’ in it’s homeland, this dark lager beer has notes of toasted bread crust, delicate milk chocolate and toffee with a crispy finish for maximum drinkability.

Dortmunder Export Style Lager that lies somewhere in between a German Pils and a Helles. The term “Export” is a beer strength category under German beer tax law and denotes a slightly higher ABV.

Sagardo has the perfect balance of tropical fruit flavors, prickly acidity and funk, making it the ideal cider for the dinner table.
