An recipe from the early day, we took a more modern hop profile to bounce off the more traditional malt profile. Look for aroma and flavors of freshly baked bread, toffee, with some citrusy, piney hop kick. Classic OG at heart, hip and modern on the outside.

Looking to explore FRESH STRATA hops a bit more this year, we decided to bring a Hazy IPA into the mix for another way to enjoy some of our favorite hops. This Hazy IPA is a great base for the Passion Fruit, Mango, and Citrus with the full bodied Green Melon character we get from most Fresh Hops.

Surprise, its the Gose you know and love, NOW WITH TEPACHE!. Originating in Mexico, Tepache is a Fermented Pineapple Drink with spices added. For this rendition, we used Cinnamon and Pineapple to bring home that traditional character to a briny, tart Gose. What we have here is a bright, tropical, refreshing beverage sure to satisfy all summer long.

Originally brewed for our 11th Anniversary, we took a crisp, fruity IPA and turn it up to 11! Our first beer with Columbus Cryo Hop, we also utilized some Krush, Citra, and Simcoe. we built the balance a little different this time around and ended up with a dank, resiny IPA with plenty of Tropical Pineapple to carry it along. Its loud, but you can handle it. Cheers to many more years to come!

Slightly Malt forward English-stye Ale with the generous aroma of FRESH MT. HOOD HOPS. The English malts used provide a nice, soft biscuit sweetness, when coupled with the hop flavor brings a little orange marmalade to the palate.

Your favorite IPA with your favorite fresh hops in it. What's not to like!? This years crop of Strata are boosting huge notes of tropical fruit and dank citrus. A mouthful of Pineapple, Passionfruit and Grapefruit with an incredibly smooth finish. It's truly a thing of beauty

A magical blend of our favorite hops for IPA’s. Originally brewed in collaboration with Block 15 Brewing in Corvallis, OR, we loved it so much we decided to run it back for another round! Crisp, Dry West Coast IPA w/ a tart citrus, sweet fruit, and a touch of a tropical kiss in the finish.

FRESH SIMCOE HOPS from Coleman Farms in Woodburn, OR amp up this fan favorites brewed as an ode to the IBU races from our favorite old school California Breweries. Candied Orange, Dank Grapefruit and most of all a bold bitterness.

We are ending Fresh Hop Season with a SPLASH! A SPLISH SPLASH to be exact. Formerly known only as Experimental HBC 586 hops, now with a fancy new name: KRUSH from the Yakima Valley in Central Washington. They bring big Pineapple notes, with a rounded edge of bright citrus and a little resin. Splishy! has been a fan favorite since we debued it for our 10th Anniversary this year, we are so stoked to be able to amp it up with these new and exciting hops! Enjoy Friends.

All Pilsner malt with a good dose of Simcoe and Cascade, this is a totally new recipe built to showcase the Centennial Hops. 50 LBS of them to be exact. Fresh from Goshie Farms, you can expect some huge notes of dank citrus, lemon peel, and bright berries. Sticky, Crisp, and oh so FRESH.

A refreshing take on a fresh hop, with Lorien Hops bringing a pleasant Lemon-Lime, Melon Flavor to couple a kiss of Pineapple from Krush Hops. Easy going has been taken up a notch.

Fresh Luminosa hoops from Coleman Farms bringing Assertive notes of Unripened Melon and Stonefruit, Herbaceous and Grassy with a bitterness reminiscent of lemon peel.

Originally brewed by the incomparable Cason Wolcott for the Annual She Brew Festival hosted here in Portland to celebrate women brewers everywhere. Cason created a beer that is 100% her daily driver, a easy going beer with good clean flavor. She decided to turn up the volume a bit with some lime zest and sea salt, no lime wedge needed! Just Beach, Just Genius, Just delicious.

100% FRESH STERLING HOPS FROM GOSHIE FARMS (OR) compliment the European Grown Saaz Hops, balancing the bready malt character of this traditional European lager with an Herbaceous, Citrus punch only FRESH HOPS can bring. Dry, Herbal Spice, Crisp & Clean.

Oktobaerfestbier is a German-style Märzen lager brewed with Czech Saaz and Liberty hops for spicy’n’herbal’n’fruity hop character that lays beautifully over a toasty’n’bready’n’rich malt presence that finishes crispy’n’dry. Drinks best out of your favorite bierstiefel (or boot-shaped glass!). Prost!

A Pacific Northwest homage to the ciders we love so much from Basque Country.
