OTHERWORLD MUNICH DUNKEL
Staying true to tradition, the Southern Germany Specialty offers aromas of Sweet Bread with a touch of Toasty Cocoa and dried dark fruit like plum and raisin. Although particularly light bodied, it offers a full mouthfeel of Caramel, Toffee, and Chocolate with a nice biscuity finish.

This WC IPA is a balanced attack of Tropical Fruit and Bright Citrus. Assertive, yet approachable. Proceeds from the sale of this beer in draft and can will be donated directly to New Avenues for Youth.

FLIGHTLESS BIRD NZ IPA
Another edition in our hop exploration adventures, we bring you this New Zealand Hopped IPA with a very clean and straight forward malt bill to let the hops shine. New Zealand grown Zilla and Nelson Sauvin are the players here, both known for their intense fruity character. Stone Fruit, Pineapple, with a mix of Lemon, Lime and Orangey citurs from the Zilla hops.

HO HO HOP MAN DOUBLE IPA
Hop Man strikes again! And, most of us here would say this is our favorite version yet, and not just because he looks so good in a Santa Suit. Citra Hops are a big player here bringing in some classic “catty” sweet citrus aromas, but as always, balance is key. Cascade, Galaxy and Nelson hops bring a nice pink starburst, rich tropical fruit, and mild earthiness to carry this big beer home. Dangerously easy to drink, Hop Santa delivers the smiles.

JIM PARKER’S HOLIDAY ALE WINTER WARMER
In the vein of the classic winter warmer ale, Jim Parker’s Holiday Ale will warm your belly with its 8.5% ABV and tickle your tastebuds with the candied orange, grapefruit and pine flavors and aromas from our favorite northwest grown Columbus, Cascade and Chinook hops. And as Jim was an ardent supporter of independent beer and brewing education, we are donating 10% of sales to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

WOOD WORKER SERIES: OLD BLOOD & GUTS AMERICAN BARLEYWINE (2023)
True to style with a deep amber, caramel glow wafting notes of toasted biscuits and jam with a touch of sweet malt to carry it through. Hoppier aroma than it cousin from across the pod, finishing with a firm bitterness to balance it all out. An extra layer of complexity is added after spending 8-12 Months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels.

WOOD WORKER SERIES: CROOKED PATH (2024)
A deep, dark Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels, we added some Vanilla and Coconut for good measure, and we have here an Almond Joy bathed in a shot of whiskey. The nuttiness of the coconut character is unmistakable, and oh so fun to drink. It’s a bit dangerous to be honest with you…but you wont regret it.

Sagardo has the perfect balance of tropical fruit flavors, prickly acidity and funk, making it the ideal cider for the dinner table. E.Z. ORCHARDS - HAWK HAUS CIDER
Hawk Haus is a blend of Jonathan and Yarlington Mill Apples. Pale, yellow-golden in color and lightly hazed with modest, tiny carbonation bubbles like the finest sparkling wines. The aroma is fresh cut apples and an earthy farmyard character. Hawk Haus is big, soft, and round on the palate with gentle acidity. The finish is just short of total dryness, with appealing fresh apple flavors from beginning to end.
