Known as ‘tmave pivo’ in it’s homeland, this dark lager beer has notes of toasted bread crust, delicate milk chocolate and toffee with a crispy finish for maximum drinkability. Poured through our traditional Lukr Faucet.

Dortmunder Export Style Lager that lies somewhere in between a German Pils and a Helles. The term “Export” is a beer strength category under German beer tax law and denotes a slightly higher ABV.

Brewed with flaked corn reminiscent of your great great grandpappy's favorite chuggin' beer from the 1880s with notes of ripe fruit, fresh spring flowers and a touch of citrus in a beer made for drinkin'!

Slightly Malt forward English-stye Ale with the generous aroma of Mt. Hood hops. The English malts used provide a nice, soft biscuit sweetness, when coupled with the hop flavor brings a little orange marmalade to the palate.

Gose (say “gose-uh”) is an ancient salty & slightly sour beer originally from Leipzig, Germany. Aromas of sweet oats and bread are complimented by a slightly tart & saline finish. Hits the spot! The Gatorade of beer!

A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. The roasted malt gives a cold brew-like bitterness, while the dank hop aroma reminds you that this is still an IPA. Dryhopped with .666 lbs per barrel of Columbus & Mosaic hops.

Striking a chord between West Coast & Southern Hemisphere Hops, this IPA riff immediately hits you in the face with aromas of dank, over-ripened tropical fruit thanks to the New Zealand-grown Nelson Hops. Citra and Strata hops offer up some nice bright citrus and passionfruit notes. Finishing dry and unassumingly easy for such an assertive hop profile.

Brewed with the crew at Cliff PDX in North Portland to celebrate thier 5th anniversary. They wanted a sessionable IPA with some of thier favorite hops, Centennial and Simcoe, and thats exactly what they got. We sprinkled in some new Krush Hops for good measure. Earthy, citrusy, and Peachy on the nose, Bright Pineapple and citrus on the palette. Congrats Cliffs, we love ya!

We're keep things positively righteous with a double dose of Centennial and Cashmere hops. Notes of grapefruit, tropical fruit, melon and peach jump from the glass with a smooth finish. It’s kinda like what sitting on a tropical beach tastes like and we’re getting really good vibes from this one!

In Celebration of 10 year dishing out the beer to the people of Portland, we give you this punch to the face, ya know, cause we love ya! Experimental HBC 586 hops bring the Pineapple to the party, and Mosaic, Simcoe, & Citra keep it classy with a balanced dose of allium, citrus and tropical fruit. A firm bitterness balances the higher ABV, leaving you pleasently satisfied, even after beign punched in the face. Thanks for being you Portland!

Hop Man strikes again! We had some fun with our latest offering In our rotating DIPA series. Most of us here would say this is our favorite version yet, and not just because he looks so good in a Santa Suit. Citra Hops are a big player here bringing in some classic “catty” sweet citrus aromas, but as always, balance is key. Cascade, Galaxy and Nelson hops bring a nice pink starburst, rich tropical fruit, and mild earthiness to carry this big beer home. Dangerously easy to drink, Hop Santa brings the smiles.

Beneath a dense chestnut head lies rich aromas of cocoa & short bread that unfold into a full body of milk chocolate and coffee. Brewed with Bob’s Red Mill rolled oats for texture.

A beautifully complex little saison we lovingly call Milo. Fermented in oak wine casks with our house saccharomyces saison yeast blend for a more expressive yeast character and a touch of oak dryness in the finish.

From our cellar we bring you one of our favorites. A deep, dark Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels, we added some vanilla and coconut for good measure, and we have here an Almond Joy bathed in a shot of whiskey. The nuttiness of the coconut character is unmistakable, and oh so fun to drink. It’s a bit dangerous to be honest with you…but you wont regret it.

True to style with a deep amber, caramel glow wafting notes of toasted biscuits and jam with a touch of sweet malt to carry it through. Finished in bourbon barrels.

We have been looking forward to this one for a while. Taking our tried and true Punk Rock Time West Coast IPA and giving it a wild twist! The barrel character offers mild tones of Gin botanicals and oak, while the Brett shines in its younger state with funky horse blanket and acidic tang. The base beer shines through with more familiar notes of pine and citrus.

From our cellar we bring you one of our more unique offerings. A deep, dark Imperial Stout aged in House Spirits aquavit barrels. Aquavit is a Scandinavian spirit with star anise and caraway seed, and the unique licorice character of those additions certainly show up in this aroma and flavor of this one. Rich and roasty, with a hit of sweet herbaceous spice.

A Pacific Northwest homage to the ciders we love so much from Basque Country. Sagardo has the perfect balance of tropical fruit flavors, prickly acidity and funk, making it the ideal cider for the dinner table. Sagardo is fermented spontaneously in a mix of stainless steel and American oak foeders. Named Oregon Cidery of the Year 2022!

Hawk Haus is a blend of Jonathan and Yarlington Mill Apples. Pale, yellow-golden in color and lightly hazed with modest, tiny carbonation bubbles like the finest sparkling wines. The aroma is fresh cut apples and an earthy farmyard character. Hawk Haus is big, soft, and round on the palate with gentle acidity. The finish is just short of total dryness, with appealing fresh apple flavors from beginning to end.
