JUST BEACH! MEXICAN-STYLE LAGER W/ LIME ZEST & SEA SALT
Originally brewed by the incomparable Cason Wolcott for the Annual She Brew Festival hosted here in Portland to celebrate women brewers everywhere. Cason created a beer that is 100% her daily driver, a easy going beer with good clean flavor. She decided to turn up the volume a bit with some lime zest and sea salt, no lime wedge needed! Just Beach, Just Genius, Just delicious.

NEVER ENDER PALE ALE
A Blend of 2-Row and Rahr Pilsner Malt paired with Citra and Vista Hops. Known for flavors/aromas of honeydew, pear, and tropical fruit with touches of citrus and green tea, the Vista bring some fun new character to this beer. Simco Cryo was utilized in conjunction on the dry hop to tie together the tropical fruit and citrus character for a fresh new take on this tried and true Pale Ale.

DEEP CUTS PALE ALE
In collaboration with John's Market & Music Millenium, this trilogy of minds dug into the crates for a rare application of hops. During Hop Harvest, the growers at Crosby Hops left some Cascade Hops on the bine to mature longer while the rest get plucked and processed. This allows the citrusy, tropical notes of Cascade to develop more to couple with the Spicy, Floral Grapefruit notes it is known for. The result is an assertive, yet balance pale ale suited for sitting back, turning up the tunes, and appreciating the harvest.

BELMONT STATION: THE BEER WEST COAST IPA
We teamed up with our friends over at Belmont Station to help them celebrate 29 years of slinging beers in Portland. With Punk Rock Time being a favorite of the staff and patrons over there, they wanted to do a West Coast IPA similar in ABV to keep the beer a little more sessionable, while utilizing some of their favorite hops. We came up with a blend of Mosaic, Mosaic Quantum, Galaxy, and Riwaka hops on top of the Punk Rock Time malt base to create a truly awesome beer to celebrate their anniversary. The beer is loaded with aromas and flavors of berry, tropical stone fruit, over ripened peaches, grapefruit and a touch of dank/resin pine to round things out. Malt is just enough to keep things balanced but mostly stays out of the way.

Our 2023 Gold Medal Winner at the NABA International Beer Awards, this IPA is an ode to the IBU races from our favorite old school California Breweries. Stay Fresh gives candied orange, dank grapefruit and most of all a bold bitterness.

NUGS W/ TERPS WCIPA
Another edition of dankness, now with Sour Tangie Terps! We start with a huge hop blast of Simcoe, Strata and Columbus CRYO for some tropical, citrusy dankness. To amp it up one more level, we added 1 oz per barrel of Sour Tangie Terpenes to the mix as well to really give it that extra dank, resiny kiss. Expect flavors Zesty Tangerine, Sweet & Sour Diesel, and Dank, but refined, Cannabis Nugs.

PARTY CAT IPA
Brewed with the crew at Cliff PDX in North Portland to celebrate thier 5th anniversary. They wanted a sessionable IPA with some of thier favorite hops, Centennial and Simcoe, and thats exactly what they got. We sprinkled in some new Krush Hops for good measure. Earthy, citrusy, and Peachy on the nose, Bright Pineapple and citrus on the palette. Congrats Cliffs, we love ya!

E.Z. ORCHARDS - HAWK HAUS CIDER
Hawk Haus is a blend of Jonathan and Yarlington Mill Apples. Pale, yellow-golden in color and lightly hazed with modest, tiny carbonation bubbles like the finest sparkling wines. The aroma is fresh cut apples and an earthy farmyard character. Hawk Haus is big, soft, and round on the palate with gentle acidity. The finish is just short of total dryness, with appealing fresh apple flavors from beginning to end.
